"I will sing of steadfast love and justice; to you, O Lord, I will make music." Psalm 101:1

We get a hint of the second coming of Christ within the context of the Gospel, the parable of the corrupt judge. Jesus reminds his disciples and us to pray always. Within the gospel reading, the widow’s continuous efforts exemplifies her commitment to prayer. So must we be as persistent in all that we do in our daily lives. What the judge does to the widow is minor compared to what our Lord will judge us on the day of His return. We must remain faithful in our lives.
How is your prayer life? What can I do to carry out God’s mission in my life? Will I make time to pray persistently for guidance and support?
