To admire the Mother of Jesus is such an easy task. She is the most blessed among all women and that is a beautiful presence she possess.
Blessed are you who believed
Luke 1:45
that what was spoken to you by the Lord
would be fulfilled.
We read the gospel of Luke as he reflects on the words of Mary to Elizabeth. As do many mothers say about their children, Mary has no lack of words admiring what her son has said and done and promises. Mary is Jesus’s first disciple. As Catholics, we hold Mary in such high admiration because of her commitment and admiration of her son. We celebrate her role in His life and we reflect on how we can further be more like her to get closer to God.
